  • After our consultation call and our decision to work together, you will receive intake paperwork through a secure app and sign electronically. Meetings are held over a HIPPA protected zoom link.

  • I have a lovely office in Santa Rosa. The space is elevated and comforting with easy parking and freeway access. 3436 Mendocino Ave Ste AB, Santa Rosa, CA 95403

  • Time investment: Most frequently, dedicating 50 minutes once a week to focus on you is the best rhythm to really have an impact and see change. Sometimes, bi-weekly sessions are better and I do offer limited bi-weekly appointments. Longer sessions are also available if needed and arranged ahead of time.

    Financial investment: My rate for my investment and commitment to you is $165 for 50 minutes.

  • I do accept some major insurances including Aetna, United Health Care, Oscar, UMR, Meritain and Optum. Be advised that when using insurance I am required to provide a mental health diagnosis and your mental health record is accessible to your insurance provider. If you would like to use out of network reimbursement, please check with your provider directly if they reimburse for out of network providers. I provide a superbill which you can provide to them to receive reimbursement. Please ask me any questions about this process in our consultation call to help you decide what payment option is best for you.

  • I have a limited amount of sliding scale slots and prioritize other caretakers such as teachers, single parents, and mental health professions. We can talk more about this option in our consultation.

  • While each person is unique, the average time invested is 6 months. My experiential approach does support accelerated change processes.

    Folks who choose to work longer than 6 months are often working on deeper rooted stuck patterns and inner child work.

  • In accordance with California law, clients who do not plan to bill their insurance will be provided with an estimate for their medical and mental health services prior to treatment.
