Hi, I’m Emilee. Fellow human, therapist, and guide.
I help busy adults who are struggling to navigate overwhelming emotions or emotional shut down which often lead to anxiety and self doubt. I use modern therapy approaches and integrate both a focus on your relationship wiring and somatic tools, in order to support your growth and healing. My approach helps you to build confidence to navigate your life and relationships, trust your ‘gut,’ move through ‘stuck-ness’, build boundaries, give yourself and others grace, and wire in a felt sense of security to help break self sabotageing cycles.
